We just have control our quality due to every process of manafacture the product.,it’s means that we have the following advantages in production.
You can find our advantages in production as below:
1. stator and rotor: we equip a set of automatic winding,binding,.forming equipment for the stator. Our stators are good out looking in the outside,further more,the performance is much more steady.in order to control our quality,we also equip many special machines to produce the rotor and for rotor shaft, such as high speed friction welding equipment for welding stainless steel roter shaft,dynamic balancing machines for rotors.
2. pump body& support: we own ourselves foundry. For example: our foundry used the materials of HT 200, it’s performace of regidity and air density is better than normals, so all our production control the quality during undering manufacture machine. We do casting for more than 15 years with special workmanship and producing and producing management.our castings are famous in zone. And many of our casting are exported as spare parts after finishing or in roughcast to italy,USA,canada (according to supplied drawing)……
3. mechanical seal: silicon carbide material,much better quality then the normal one .
4. washer:we use the aluminum material washer to keep the good performace of the pump.
5. key and cir clip: all of our pumps usd key and cir clip in stainless steel.
6. shaft:we can produce the shaft in welding ss shaft.
7. mechanical machining level:we have mor than 40 n/c lathers to process almost all the process of our parts of water pumps.
8. the plastic parts: we have ourselves plastic plant .the material of ppo (noryl ) is from GE company.
