Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Zoomlion，stock code is 000157), which was founded in 1992, is a hi-tech public company. It is a pioneer corporation in China construction machinery industry and one of the first 103 innovative experimental enterprises in China. Zoomlion is engaged in researching and manufacturing the key machineries for national emphases infrastructural construction such as construction projects, energy source projects, transportation projects etc. The registered capital of company is 760.5 million RMB, total assets is over 8 billion RMB both, employees are more than 13000.

In Changsha, Changde, and Shanghai, Zoomlion has 6 industrial parks and 7 production bases including Zoomlion Science and Technology Park, Changsha Lugu Industrial Park, Changsha Quantang Industrial Park, Changde Guanxi Industrial Park, Wangcheng Industrial Park and hoisting machinery production base, concrete machinery production base, high-grade road construction and maintenance machinery production base, city environment sanitation machinery production base, electronic components of satellite navigation production base, auto special chassis production base and foundation construction machinery production base, which cover a total area close to 3 million square meters. We own international topping steel structure workshops, the modern processing equipments and production lines. The strong sales network and perfect service system cover the whole domestic market and extend to the oversea market. Zoomlion integrated management system involved in quality (ISO9001), environment (ISO14001) and occupational health and safety (OHSAS18001) passed German TUV Rheinland authentication. Zoomlion products take the lead in having obtained CE certification according to EU standard in Chinese construction machinery industry.

Since the establishment, Zoomlion has kept average annual increase of more than 60%. At present, we produce 13 series, over 350 kinds of leading products with complete intellectual property of ourselves. The series of products exceeded any other international companies in the same fields. The trademark of ZOOMLION authorized “Chinese Well-known Mark”, many series of products are named as Chinese Inspection-free Product and Chinese Name-brand Product. The products are popular in domestic market including HK and Macao, and enter into oversea market. In 2006, Zoomlion ranked 24th in global construction machinery manufacturers, first in profit making of China construction machinery manufacturers.
