Suizhou Yunfengshan Tea Farm located in the north of state-level scenic spot Mt-Dahongshan(alititude:1055m) which is the native place of Shennong and Luyv who are hailed as the ancestors of tea. There are famous scenic spot around the tea farm, such as the gave of Zenghouyi, Jiuliandu, Mt. Jigongshan and so on, therefore, the natural condition of the tea farm is very well. Drives from Wuhan city and the Xiangfan city arrives the tea plantation to need for two hours, xiaoxiang and the suiyue highway leaves the tea plantation to be very near.The basic establishments of the tea farm are from soup to nuts, such as school, infirmary, water and electricity supply, CATV and so on.
Because the reservoirs and ponds are numerous and densely spread out in the tea farm, the rivulets and streams through the tea farm, the change of temperature night and day is big, the fog day is much, annual average temperature between 15 ℃ and 15.9 ℃ , the annual rainfall is 1100mm ,soil PH between 4.5 and 5.0,the tea farm is an ideal base for producing fine quality tea. Having been rebuilt and enlarged several times from 1975 when the tea farm was set up in, it now becomes a tea farm which non-polluted improved tea garden is 13000mu,the producing tea machines are 250unit/single unit, assets is 18 million yuan,64 technicians.
With the guidance of professors and experts and the effort and reseach of the workers and leaders, Suizhou Yunfengshan Tea Farm now has its own tea produce-Suifeng brand tea which include Green Tea(Hubei green bud, Zenghou Yinjian Tea, Bianzhong Longjing Tea, Yunwu Maojian Tea, Shennong Broken Tea),Scented Tea, Oolong Tea, Puer Tea, and the annual is about 1000tons,some of which have been exported to America, Germany, England, Japan, Russia, Hong Kong, etc. and have enjoyed a high reputation in these countries or regions.The Suifeng brand tea have gained twice International Golden Prizes, more than twenty times “ Excellent Prize ” awarded by the Agricultural Ministry and Hubei province, “ Trustworthy Brand ” awarded by the Food Supervise and Detect Center of Commerce Association of China, “ Famous Brand in China ” awarded by Society Research Institute, “ the Best Selling Products in tea field in Hubei ” awarded by the Hubei Statistics Bureau and Hubei Market Information Advisory Association, and besides, the Suifeng brand Yunwu Maojian Tea has gained the “ Famous Tea in China ” , “ Famous Brand Product ” awarded by Hubei government.
Suizhou Yunfengshan Tea Farm has gained the “ Enterprise Star ” awarded by Suizhou government, the advanced factory in tea production, “ Brand most Important, Credit First ,Abide Contract and Keep Faith Company ” awarded by Business Administration Bureau of Hubei and Business Administration Bureau of Suizhou ,and the Suifeng-brand was awarded “Famous Brand in Huibei”
For the excellent management, Suizhou Yunfengshan Tea Farm has gained the acknowledgment of the all levels department in society and gained the Import and Export Enterprise Qualification Certificate, National Standardized Product Sign and Non-polluted Agricultural Product Mark awarded by Manage International Standardization Committee, Export Enterprise Sanitary Certificate, ISO9001-2000 Quality Certificate, Attains exports the tea planter base to set up a file (4200CYJD002) the certificate, QS (421314010032) the food quality safe authentication; International organic food IMO(Serial number Nr.26562) authentication,and is one of the producing exporting tea bases of China acknowledged by government.
