Hard seal trunnion ball valve with metal to metal seated, split body or top enter type, full port design according to the requriements of API 6D, fire safe to API607, anti-blowout stem which operation by worm gear or actuators. Trunnion ball valve are introduced when the temperature and pressure rating of fluids override the limit of traditional PTFE-seated ball valves. Tunnion mounted ball valve have double block and bleed function and could block the medium from both upstream and downstream, it`s totally bidirectional design. When the pressure in the valve cavity is higher than the pretightening force,  it will push the seat move to relief the pressure and to keep safe. Flange connection with pipeline is common type for trunnion ball valve as well as BW ends.
