Ball surface hardening treatment with coating tungsten carbide, chorme carbide or stellite 20/12, Ni60, Ni55 etc to meet the severe working condition required by the industrial pipeline, such as high temperature resistance maximun to 800℃, high pressure resistanc upto 140Mpa, corrosion resistance, brushing resistance as well as wear resistance.
