Our factory manufactures pressure seal gate valve in
various materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel. High pressure gate valve in two different forms,
parallel and wedge-shaped. Parallel slide gate Valves are used to control the flow
pressure while Wedge-Shaped Gate Valves are most commonly used and allow for
fluids to be tightly shut off. 5 critical body parts will take X-Ray test according to the requirements of ASME code in the foundry as well as 100% if custmers required to avoid any leakages on body and critical sealing area. The sealing principle of high pressrue gate valve is sealing surface tight off under pressure and they are widely applicated in petrochmical, thermal power plant. Wedge gate valve material can cover carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel, such as WCB,WC6,WC9,C5,C12, C12A,CrMoV etc.
