Class 4500 forged steel gate valve we manufactured can meet the requirements of super critical power station unit 1000MW. One piece valve body have better uniform structure, better density, higher strength integrity and closer dimensional tolerances than casted valve body. The pressure of pressure seal gate valve is from class 900 to class4500 and the valve size is from 2 1/2" upto 24" which also can be chosen forged type steel to meet the special requirements of high temperature and high pressure industry pipeline in thermal & cogeneration power plant, nuclear power plant, chemical, petrochemical and other precess applications as ell as marine& navy. The material of high pressure gate valve covers carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel, such as A105,F11,F22,F91,F92,WB36, CrMoV steel etc.
