Die cut XYZ conductive foam gasket

 2.Self-adhesive, environment-friendly ,various sizes and shapes are available,cuts easily and cleanly without frayed ends. 
 3.Easy to fit, process and cut. 
 4.The flexibility of the foam makes sure that the optimal sealing performance is obtained, even with expansion or contraction of the structure caused by temperature changes.Nickel/Copper Plated Electrically Conductive Foam


 Custom Shape Nickel/Copper Plated Electrically Conductive Foam is made of polyurethane foam coated with copper and nickel. Compression is 25% to 75%. The material will return to almost its original height when released. The foam is covered with a layer of conductive polyurethane to protect it from environmental influences and to prevent burrs when cutting. Its conductivity is excellent in all directions (X, Y, and Z). Conductive foam is fire retardant as well as RoHS compliant 
 



EMI shielding Z conductive foam Using vacuum coating and composite
plating method,coating copper and nickle on open cell pu foam and combine with
two layer of mesh material. X-Y-Z all sides conductive , very good for customer
need z conductive.  
 For die cutting,making I/O or D-Sub gasket,and
other EMI-RFI shielding gaskets or
contacts. It is an economic solution for EMI shielding problems .
