   At present, there are many types of antenna lifting devices used in communication systems. In general,if divided from the lifting form,there are three types of lifting devices,including cylindrical form, square cylinder form and herringbone tower form.If divided from the drive form,there are also three types,including pneumatic type, hydraulic type and electric type. Different forms of lifting devices have their own characteristics, and they also have their own adaptation range depending on the using conditions and requirements.The are some features for different Satellite Antenna Actuator: 
1.Cylindrical lifting device 
    Cylindrical lifting devices can be pneumatically actuated, hydraulically actuated and electrically actuated.Its features is including:small size,relatively light weight and light lifting weight.It is suitable for vehicle installation and widely applied for small-scale communication vehicles.This kind of product will have a rush phenomenon when it is rised and fallen. However,it is unstable and expensive. 
2.Chevron lifting mechanism 
   At present, the chevron-shaped lifting device is used for the lifting of communication antenna, and a number of techniques have been incorporated to ensure its reliability.  In order to prevent the antenna from falling during long-term operation, hydraulic locking and mechanical locking mechanisms are provided.In order to prevent unnecessary damage to the equipment which is caused by human misoperation,corresponding electronic control limits and mechanical limits are set for the lifting and lowering processes. 
   There are Satellite Actuator inside the chevron-shaped lifting device,and it can bear heavy load and harsh weather.These Satellite Dish Actuator enable the lifting mechanism to be moved and rotated 360 degree,which is very useful for communication system.
