(2) Application: 
This BLDC inslot winding machine is suitable for winding brushless direct current stator. 
  
(3) Machine function and characteristic of  BLDC motor needle winding machine: 
This
machine is suitable for winding BLDC stator. It equips with servo
system. It can automatically interwine wire end, winding, arraying,
indexing, cutting, demolding.  
  
 
(4)Operation step 
1.  Power on the machine 
2. Thread the wire 
3. Put stator to the working station table 
4. Adjust the tooling according to different model stator 
5. Set the stator diameter in the touch screen then select the pre-set data. 
6. Press "start" button. 
7. Machine will automatically do winding. 
8. Take out the stator

2. Stator winding drawing 
3. Winding distribution drawing 
4. Other technical requirement
