Advantages

1 The machine is equipped with two punches for different holes.Holes dimension can be selected by computer program.There are two stripper for preventing angles from lifting.

2 AC servo motor via ballscrew can make angles transverse movement for changing of stadia.Pneumatic cylinder presses angle against baffle plate forensuring the precision of stadia

3 There are liner guide and rack throughout the infeed rollerway. CNC carrier can be driven by AC servo motor on the liner guide, which ensure accurate punching precision for angles.

4 Only put the holes data of workpiece into computer or plug the disc concerning about maching information into computer, then edge distance, hole distance, stadia holes quantity, holes diameter can be controlled antomatically.

5 Main components, such as CNC system, AC servo motor, electric and air valves, etc, are imported from abroad.
