TSQ-Ⅱseries fully automatic oxide mill has been developed primarily to meet the battery industry’s increasing demand for extra capacity .we have absored ,digested and intergrated the most up to date technologies for its renovation and development，it is an ideal choise for battery manufactures.

Features:

The whole production is automatically controlled with PLC and touch on screen.

. Unsupervised operation: Any possible malfunction is signalled by a complete set of alarms. Each alarm is handled in relation to specific programs, preventing any possibility of damage to the equipment..

.

Trasmission between main motor and drum takes gear box system,which is more efficient and cost saving.

.lead feeding is controlled by scalers equipped with drum，lead quanity inside drum is stable, which is good to output oxide quality.


.Three stages temperature measurement and water cooling can effectively control the temperature inside the drum.


.Unique design of lead cylinders feeding，no air entering into the drum when feeding lead cylinders, which can make the air flow inside the drum stable.

.Vertical pipe with inverted spin at the oxide output gate take out only those particles within the usable size range and blow coarser particles back into the drum until further oxidation allows them to pass out of the system.


.Capacity of oxide storage system is as high as 30 tons, with venting device and sealing device equipped，oxide burning can be prevented. And conveying of oxide is simple with a vibrator installed at the oxide powder output gate of the storage system
