Brief Description
This product applies for the marking on the end face (flat face) of sphere bearing. It defers from the conventional marking. It can mark without any discontinuous lines and it can mark complicated brand patterns. It can mark on the sphere bearings from diameter 40mm to 110mm even if the bearings path designs are very flexible. It is easy to change the templates and positions due to a tuning system provided for special templates. The system has higher automation level, including the auto bearing feeding, auto lining-up, auto marking, auto liquid supply, auto counting and auto receiving. It is also provided with the design such as the marking liquid (electrolytic liquid) lack alarm, bearing feeding lack alarm, template life counting, feeder auto stop with receiver full alarm.
