  CNC lathe has the following features: high productivity, heavy duty construc-tion, comfort in programming and operation, high accuracy, safety devices. Ma-chine tool includes wide range of multi-purpose solutions: fulfilling the turning, chuck and center works in the locked semiautomatic cycle (including the cutting of binding thread). Details type is turning body with the stepped and curvilinear profile. Machine tool could be applied in different branches of industry in the in-dividual, small-scale and series production with the small repetitive parties of de-tails.
Rolling contact bearings are used for displacing the support in the transverse direction. The eighth position tool head makes it possible to establish enough tools for the full detail treatment.
Different CNC systems can be installed on the machine tool: SIEMENS, FAGOR, Mitsubishi or other by request. Machine tools also can be supplied with automatic chip ejector mechanized supply of the tail spindle of the tailstock, mechanized clamp of billet.
