  1) It is drove independently. It is transferred by gimbal. The blocked reduction gearbox drives the lower corrugated roller, pressing roller and gluing roller. It is transmitted steadily and accurately. The noise is low. The transmitted gear is high grade steel 45#.
2) The number shows the glue amount. PLC control. Electrical adjustment.
3) Main Motor: 1 set of 18.5KW variable frequency motor.
4) Block glue equipment: electrical adjust the width of glue. 2 sets of 0.75KW speed reduction motors.
5) Lubricate system: the bearing of corrugated roller and pressing roller adopt special high temperature oil lubricant. The power part adopts blocked oil lubricant design.
6) The bearing of upper and lower roller, pressing roller, glue roller and remove glue roller adopt famous brand.
7) Suction leading feeding system.
8) The upper corrugated roller and pressure roller controlled by pneumatic system.
9) The surface of glue roller is embossed with anilox design and chrome plating.
10) Glue roller is controled by pneumatic. Auto circulate glue feeding system. Glue thickness is adjusted automatically according to machine speed.
