Working principle:By making use of changes and reflection of objects under irradiation of strong UV rays to process and identify them.For instance,after irradiating UV rays to ITO glasses smeared with photoresist for a certain time, with absorption of light energy to a certain extent in photoresist,performance of photoresist will be changed after photochemical reaction and its irradiated part will be dissolved after passing developer and expose with ITO film,then,each exposed ITO film with etching solution to obtain ITO figure that fully consistent with mask plate,objects with different metal contents will have different colors under UV irradiation ,e.g.Brass-black,Stainless steel-purple,Aluminum-dark purple,etc.
