Shanghai Huayi Glass Co.,Ltd. located in Shanghai Jiufu Economic Development Zone is a professional enterprise in the area of glass deep processing which is established in 2002. Our tempered glass, laminated glass and sealed insulating glass all comply with the National Safety Glass certification(3C Certification) and IS0 9001:2000 QMS certification.
Our company possesses ground over 18000m2 and more than 200 experienced employees. We have a large level tempered glass production line, a laminated glass production line, a sealed insulating glass production line, 5 screen-printing machines, 2 glass baking production lines and the necessary equipments for cutting, grinding, washing glasses before processing.
Tempered glass production line can produce a variety of transparent, identity colored, reflective online tempered glass with the production output of 400,000 square meter /year. Shape of the glass is divided into ordinary and special with the thickness from 4 to 22mm, largest size 5000*2550mm and smallest size 250*100mm. The output of laminated glass production line is 200,000 square meter /year with the largest size 2500*6000mm. The output of sealed insulating glass production line is 100,000 square meter/year with the largest size 1800*2400mm.Currently, the output of Screen-printing glass production line is 1,500 sets/day.
