SWEET WHEY POWDER DEMIneralized 40% - FOOD GRADE
Produced by sheep whey partially demineralized from Pecorino cheese manufacturing from
fresh sheep milk.
Usage: due to its high functional characteristics and nutritive value sweet whey is an ideal ingredient for dairy industry to produce soft cheese, yoghurt and health drinks, with a particular attention to infant formula, ready meals, confectionery and bakery.
