Location
Sichuan Nanbao Bee Products Co., Ltd (for short of NB) is located in Dujiangyan City in the southwest of China,
50 kilometers away from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. Enjoying superior geographic environment, NB
is on the foot of the world-wide famous beautiful Qingcheng Mountain and near the UN world protecting heritage
- Dujiangyan Irrigation Works where the air is clean and pure.

Achievements
Established in 1994, Sichuan Nanbao Bee Products Co., Ltd has been specializing in full program
of bee keeping, purchase of raw materials, processing and sale. With more than 10 year's hard work and unremitting
efforts of all the Nanbao staffs and also under the excellent leadership of the president Mr. Ju Wandong, NB has
now become the largest bee products manufacturer and exporter in the west of China and a modern export-oriented
bee product processing enterprise in China with an annual export quantity of 10,000 metric tons and an annual
amount of ten million U.S. Dollars from original annual 200 metric tons in 1995 since being authorized to import
and export directly by the State. NB now owns three bee product processing factories located in Dujiangyan in
Sichuan, Baoji in Shanxi and Qinhuangdao in Hebei respectively.
NB was awarded the quality system certificate of ISO9001:2000 in 1998 and then smoothly passed the auditing of the
annual supervision and renewal of certificate. In 2004, NB was approved by EU quality system. On January 19th, 2005,
a total of 60 metric tons of Chinese pure honey produced by NB passed the customs import inspection of Spain, the
member of EC. Chinese bee honey hence has got rid of the haze of embargo to EU for as long as 2 years and has now
come back to EU market for its brand-new visage of healthiness and no-pesticide.
NB was also praised as "Sichuan Provincial Top Export Enterprise", "Sichuan Provincial Quality Approval Enterprise",
"Both Quality and Reputation Enterprise".

Quality Control
NB has been regarding the quality as the life of an enterprise.
NB breeds steady bee swarms active in the uncontaminated areas. They collect fine honey and supply an abundance of
raw materials. In 2002, NB bought new instrument for anti-biotic inspection. Renewal of the workshop and test
instruments has made factory at international level. Now all three factories are equipped with advanced inspection
instruments which can test different parameters according to different materials.

Equipments
NB has advanced processing equipments, inspection equipments and inspection technology. To enlarge processing
scales further, NB bought one set of honey filtering equipment, one set of royal jelly processing equipment and
one set of lyophilized royal jelly powder processing line.

Base Establishment
The base establishment work began from the year 2002. Based on the original 300 families, bee keepers are now
continuing to increase. Meanwhile, bee keepers are trained aperiodically. To assure the quality of the raw
materials, a bee-keeping base office was set up in 2003, which improves the full program of quality-tracing
systems: Bee keeper-Factory-Sales.
