In addition to working as a direct data uploader similar to the BS-1000, the BS-2000 is able to store guard tour data collected from multiple reader units for later uploading to the PC. This allows the supervisors to manually collect data from readers in use during visits to different locations. The unit can also be used to backup and aggregate guard tour data from the same location for rapid and centralized data uploading.
