Technical background
Spray-drying technology
Spray drying employs an atomizer and a stream of hot gas to produce dry powders, granules or agglomerates from a liquid or slurry.
Spray drying can complete the drying process within seconds, it plays a vital role in ensuring minimum overall flavor loss.
Drum-drying technology
In a drum drying operation, vegetable liquid or puree is applied as a thin layer onto the outer surface of revolving drums that are internally heated by steam, and it can let the product dry.
When the raw materials are made into powder by drum drying, no additional excipients are needed, which can ensure the ingredients are simple.
Fluid bed drying technology
Powder flows in a cycle shape in the material container (fluidized bed).It is pre-heated by clean air and adhesive solution spays into the powder with the air together. Powder particles coalesce into granules and get dry.
Certifications
ISO 22000 standard and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), which regulate food safety management systems, was introduced at Delmar in 2018. The ISO 22000 standard and HACCP are based on a systematic approach that regulates all stages of production – from the receipt of raw materials to the use of the product by the consumer. We adhere to the principles of the system and strictly control the products to maintain good quality and guarantee so that customers can use our products strict standards on quality and safety.
In addition to introducing ISO22000 and HACCP, we also commission a third-party inspection unit to ensure the quality of our ingredients. When customers choose our products, they can use them with confidence. |
