Product Features:
1.Housing after cleaning, degreasing and special anti-corrosion treatment, improves the corrosion resistance 3 times than ordinary housing, can be used in ocean platform operation. In normal working condition, housing guaranteed for 15 years.

2.The unique filter design makes air flow to flow more smoothly, centralize, reduce pressure drop, and ensure filtering performance more than 99.99%.

3.The filter housing is aluminum alloy die-casted, with tight and strong structure to ensure the safe use.

4.Element designed without tie-rod connection, makes operator replace filter element easily and don't need to reserve the replacement space, so as to avoid the secondary pollution of the product itself and with wilder application.

5.Precise screw thread connection, easy to operate when installation and maintenance and save time and effort.

6.The marks of arrow and lock are designed to make the operator clearly operate.

7.Parallel design to reduce installation space.

Products are tested with the international advanced testing equipment based on standard ISO 12500 which is equivalent to the standard ISO 8573.
Filter element grade:
For pre-filtering, filtered dust particles of more than 25 micrometer in air , including water and oil mist.

AO filter element for removed the oil and dust
AO level filter is installed the main pipe, filter out of the particle, water, oil vapor above 1 micrometer,
and filtered water efficiency above 95%, residual oil about 0.5ppm /0.7Mpa, 21 C.

AA element for removed the oil in air:
Installed after AO level filter, filter out more than 0.01 micrometer of particles and water and oil vapor ,residual oil about 0.01 PPM / 0.7 Mpa 21C

AAR element for filtered the dust
Installed after AO level element, can filter out more than 0.01 micrometer of particles and water and oil vapor, residual oil about 0.01ppm /0.7Mpa 21C.

ACS level elment for filtered odor
Adopt the Activate carbon to fiter the residual oil and other odor of compresse air, uasual use of compress air depurate system and food and human respiratory system on food and beverage. Install before the AA level fiter.
