Encapsulation Unit: With class 100,000 clean-room and fully automated production lines, Harmony Thrive Group provides LED encapsulation service with both face up and flip-chip packaging available. To ensure product quality, copper and pure gold wire is used for the lead frame and wire bonding.
Die-Casting Unit: With 15 die casting machines available for production and a devoted R&D team, Harmony Thrive Group is always motivated to cope with market trend and we have designed over 1,000 different housings to satisfy the needs of different customer.
SMT Unit: With over 10 high-speed pick & place machines in place and an air-conditioned work shop, Harmony Thrive Group is one of the leading electronics manufacturing companies in Pearl Delta region of China. From SMT to reflow to inspection process, we are dedicated to provide complete production service to our customers.
Assembly Unit: With a total floor area of 20,000 square metres and 500 skilled workers, Harmony Thrive Group offers a tremendous production capacity up to 50K units daily with superb quality.
