Dongying Hengcan who named hengchang Investment Casting Company Ltd before is located in Dongying city,Shandong Province,China.which is very near to China''s important harbor-Qingdao port. The company was established in 2010 and have production factory of 30,000 square meters and about 110 workers.
Hengcan adopts lost wax investment casting process, CNC precision machining and different surface treatment to produe thousands of metal parts with different material,including stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, high temperature alloys, nickel based alloys and other materials. The product were served in a wide range of fields of automotive industry, fluid chemical machinery, marine equipment, food machinery, building hardware, heat treatment equipment, hydraulic pneumatic machinery,kitchen appliances, hardware tools.
Hengcan has produced about 2000 components with more than 300 different materials. It has ability to develop 500 new items per year in a short lead time. Our engineers are able to participate in the design of Customer''s products,and redeveloping Customer''s products independently. Experts in producing parts with complicated structure, Hengcan can produce castings with complicated inner cavity by means of soluble wax and ceramic core.For casting, we can do at tolerance range of ISO 8062 CT4-CT6, Surface roughness at Ra 1.6 to 3.2 .Weight range from 1gram to 100kgs.Min wall thickness is 0.5mm,Mechanical Properties,Chemical composition and nondestructive testing of castings conformed to international standards,Through many years development,Now we are cooperating with nearly 60 customers from the worldwide,with a monthly capacity of 100,000 pieces of high-quality precision castings. More than 80% products are exported to Europe, Japan, the United States,Australia.
In 2011 and 2014,Hengcan applied and got the quality management certification of ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009.
