DEKUMA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmos Machinery Group (CML), which was founded in 1958 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 1988, CML involve in machine manufacturing, plastic processing and products, industrial consumable trading, etc. In 2004, CML focused on machine manufacturing as the core business, at the same time, CML collaborated with a German company to found DEKUMA-WELLTEC Machinery Ltd. That specialized in rubber injection machine and extrusion line manufacturing. Due to the business expansion, DEKUMA renamed DEKUMA Rubber and Plastic Technology Ltd in 2010. DEKUMA dedicate to provide customers with total solution including machine, mould, downstream and auxiliary equipment.

The design of main components like injection and extrusion units, screws, moulds, die heads and cold runner blocks are leaded by German engineers, and all material sourcing and manufacturing processes are strictly controlled under the Germany procedures and quality standard.
