Shandong Huamin Steel Ball Joint-stock Co. Ltd. has a joint venture with South Korea for 10 years, and restructured into a limited company in 2004. It covers an area of 180 acres with 300 staff, and the total assets over billion. etc. Since 2004, we began to have the right to import and export forged steel ball till now.
Our company is a provincial high-tech enterprise, the provincial enterprise technology center, provincial Contract keeping and Credit First enterprise, and has passed the ISO9001 international quality management system certification and ISO14001 environment system certification. 80% of forged steel ball are exported, and we set up steel ball sales agency in the Americas, Africa, Australia, and Mongolia. Our annual production capacity of various types of grinding steel balls series reaches 150,000 tons.
Our company has three invention patents, 10 utility model patents. We independently developed RCAB wear-resistant series new materials, patented production line of grinding rod equipment and production line of steel ball rotary-cut roll forging. Our company is a ball experimental base for national power industry. Our company becomes the member corporate of China Forging Association, Foundry Association, Mining Association, Building Materials Association, the Provincial Enterprise Confederation, provincial import and export association. |
