(“SNC” for short), subordinate to is mainly engaged in production and business of nitrocotton series products. The company was formerly known as the first chemical armory established in the 1930s with a long history and mature experience. In August 2002, the company was founded through the trans-regional asset restructuring. In September 2005, the company finished shareholding reform. On June 5th, 2008, the company got listed (Stock Name: “SNC Share”, Code: 002246).
With our head office in Chengdu, Sichuan, SNC has production bases in Luzhou, Sichuan; Xi’an, Shaanxi; and Taihe, Jiangxi. The well-developed sales network covers more than 30 countries and regions. The company owns the complete corporate legal person management system, the board of directors, board of supervisors and manager layer with coordinated operation, 15 second-level institutions including ten functional management departments, four production and management departments, one R&D center and four joint stock companies and holding companies.

Through dozens of years of development, the company provides 78 kinds of products and forms a complete product structure including purified cotton, nitrocotton, wood pulp nitrocotton, nitrocellulose chip and nitrocotton solution. Owing to the nitrocotton series products with all types and varieties, the company becomes a nitrocotton supplier with the largest production and sales volume, one of the three executive members of WONIPA, and a national enterprise that can rival the international nitrocotton magnate.
