We’re a senior manufacturer engaged in precision casting of non-ferrous metals with over twenty year’s experience. The plant locates at the foot of Dragon Hill in Hudai Town, in the west urban of Wuxi, by the Tai Lake in Yangtze River Delta. Its geographic location is featured by the neighboring waters and hills, scenic landscape and pleasant environment. Also, the town grows Juicy Wuxi Peach and the plant is close to one of the local tourism attractions-Grand Buddha at Ling Shan with convinient traffic.
About production equipment, we have one set of FDZ-A Model tilting low-pressure die casting machine made by Shanghai Institute of Machine Building Technology Co., Ltd., four 400~800kg crucible furnaces, four centrifugal casting machines and one dewaxing production line; also we have laboratory, strength tester, hardness testing machine, sand blasting machine, grinding machine and other facility for quality testing and control; one whole complete set of equipment used for precision machinery processing, such as digital-controlled lathe, ordinary lathe, drill, plane and mill, etc
In the plant, there’re three subsidiary workshops and a group of skilled technicians. The production capability reaches 350,000 tons. Those copper and aluminum casting pieces from our plant are mainly being distributed to trading companies in Wuxi and Shanghai, exported to Japan, USA, West Europe and other countries and provided to supporting industries in Wuxi downtown and urban area. The single piece of our products weights from 0.1 kg to 800 kg. We’re committed to researching difficult sand molding pieces, complicated pieces (e.g. extreme long ones, heavy ones and etc), on which we’ve won good reputation from our customers in the region.
We’ve passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and will implement accordingly, continually improve our product quality management. “Strict processing, first-class product, reliable quality, reasonable price and creditworthy delivery” is our enterprise tenet ever since the company was established. |
