We can produce according to FMSI, OEM number and specifications, or customer’s drawings and samples.
The more details of brake pads are as follows:
We make brake pads with a non-asbestos material. Traditionally the material is semi-metallic or of low steel content. But for more comfortable and safe brake reasons, we use a non-steel material, such as organic material or ceramic.
The flatness of the back plate and side shearing affect the performance of the noise level, because it might irritate the rolled itself. We manufacture the surface and edge with optimized process.
