Jinan Ping’an Precision Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd was founded at the end of 2004, It is a nongovernmental joint-stock enterprise Which is invested in by the Shandong Ping’an Construction Co.,Ltd. It covers 180,000M² and 45,000M² Building area. It mainly does business on order forms on manufacturing components of automobiles, diesel engines, spinning machines, all kinds of pumps, valves and the Manufacture equipment of Iron tower, Pipe tower and steel structure construction. All the above make it a high and new-technology enterprise which gathers design, manufacture, distribution, OEM service, imports and exports business all together. which had passed the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification by May 2005 and the TS:16949System Certification in 2010.
At present, our company has about 380 staff, more than 50 of them are intermediate or senior professional technicians. This guarantees an abundant technical strength and powerful productivity. The investment on equipment is more than 14 millon dollars. All the equipment are newly purchased, including 35 Machining centers（13HMC,22VMC） with capability of high accuracy, heavy cut and large work top, Two CMM trilinear coordinate measuring instrument, 14 large CNC lathes and a number of lathes, milling machine, grinding machine, drilling machine, and so on. What is more there is a high level physics and chemistry measuring metering room.The CNC equipment we have produced base on this are well-reputed.
