OAK Valve Parts is a specialized manufacturer, supplier and exporter of a full range of valve parts, nothing but valve parts products and service to customers to more than 20 countries. Dated from 1998, OAK (previous named Yongjia Kailite Valve Co, Ltd) provided valve ball to the market, and gradually extended our product line to other valve parts products and service. Over the years, OAK has built up 2 production plants in Lishui and Oubei of Wenzhou, covering over 60,000 sqm with 400 employees. Its customers include valve manufacturers, distributors, and end users in power, oil and gas, mining, construction, chemical processing and refinery industries.
OAK Valve Parts operates in accordance with the ISO9001-2008 standard; strictly controls every procedure from design to delivery. It can offer valve manufacturers with all kinds of valve parts including valve ball up to 48 inches; valve stem, valve ball, valve body, valve seats and other common valve parts from 1/2 inches to 56 inches with high precision and reliable performance. With rich experience in international standard, OAK is able to produce valve parts in compliance with API, ASTM, ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN etc. pressure range from Class 150 to 2500.
OAK Valve Parts has established completed facilities including CNC processing center, CNC grinding machines, CNC lathes, warehouse, and pressure testing center. Moreover, with great emphasis in the QC/QA, OAK Valve Parts has 2 comprehensive QC testing laboratories including up to 48" valve ball 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine, ultrasonic tester, impact tester, spectrum analyzer, tensile tester, freeze tester, etc.
