It is very convenient to the transport, for that it is the hinge of two large railways named Jinghu and Longhai, is next to two high speed high ways Huancheng and Jingfu, and is adjacent to the Jinghang Grand Canal. The company covers about 66,700 square meters, including 40,000-square meter construction area. Our company holds fixed assets 80,000,000 CNY with 400 professional employees. They own high self management level and special technical skills. Among them, there are over 50 employees with bachelor degree, 24 engineers and other 8 engineers with high engineer title. Our company has more creative abilities, holding several technical patents, such as trolley chain feeding mechanism, Patent No. ZL 2011 2 0233960.4; changeable volume heating furnace body, ZL 2011 2 0097616.7; three-point saving strength belt, ZL 2011 20283146; bag-type removing dust mechanism, ZL 012 65215.6; dust collecting mechanism, ZL 02 2 95780.4.
In 2011, we sold products over 150,000,000 CNY, paying tax 16,000,000 CNY. We have been highly awarded by national government, such as “Top 10 Qualified Brands with Customer Satisfaction”. The awarded products are as follows, XMF gas producer, step type (pusher type) steel rolling furnace, forging furnace, resistance furnace, annealing furnace. KLD series heating furnaces passed provincial tests and won “Jiangsu High-quality Product Jinniu Prize”.One product named CDL-series bag type low-pressure pulse dust removal system has been awarded high-tech product. Our company has passed related domestic and overseas quality management systems just like GB/T 19001-2000 and ISO 9001 2000. It holds the environmental management system certificate GB/T 2001-2400, keeping the first and second types pressure container making ability with certificate no. TS2232513-2016.
