In order to develop the domestic and international market better, QuFu ChongDe sets up its branch company¬----ShangDe International Trade Co., Ltd, and build Agency in ChangAn and FengLan town in DongGuan city, GuangDong province and KunShan city, JiangSu province.
Since its foundation in 2004, depending on the unique culture and geography circumstance of Qufu and upholding the belief “Quality persisting, Excellence achieving, Customer respecting, Integrity keeping and Innovation developing”, Qufu ChongDe has successfully developed collet chucks, CNC tools and other accessories with high accuracy high precision and high speed, such as ER collets (5μ/8μ),SK collets(5μ), EOC(OZ) collets (10μ), C-straight collets(10μ/5μ) and BT/DIN69871(SK)CAT,HSK taper shank collet chucks, cutter head as well as other precision accessories, which are widely used in the machines with high balance and high accuracy. Now, there are 170 workers in the company, including 52 workers with university education, the area of the workshop is over 5000 ?, there are more than 100 machines and other production equipment, such as Grind machine, lathe and Milling machine center etc, we have the ability to produce 60000 pcs collets, chucks and other accessories each month, the annual output in 2011 is over 50 million RMB. In order to improve quality, besides technology innovation and equipment upgrades, QuFu ChongDe invested heavily in the workshop transformation, and built workshop with constant temperature and without dust, minimize the adverse effects of environmental factors to the product processing. For now, QuFu ChongDe has the ability to develop and produce high speed collet chucks with 30000 round/min and even more fast. To strictly control the product quality, besides improving the quality control system and bring up a well-educated quality team, QuFu ChongDe further improve inspection level by using advanced inspection tools, such as shank measurement instrument, pneumatic measuring instrument, HAI MER Tool Dynamic Balancing Machine which made in Germany etc, so each product shipped out can meet the demands of the customers. In order to ensure the stability, prolong the life of the products, all of the products have been dealt with sub-zero treatment and thermal aging treatment. With advanced production technology, unique processing and comprehensive inspection means, we guarantee long-term stability accuracy and neat shape of the products, which win high praise from both domestic and overseas customers.
