Luoyang TST Flaw Detection Technology Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise specializing in flaw detecting ferromagnetic materials. Our products and services include flaw detecting devices and correlated research, development and promotion of the flaw detecting technology.
Our company has taken full possession of two inventive patents with magnetic flux or leakage flux (Patent No. 201020653597.7 / 201020633488.9) in “High-sensitive Detecting Sensors” (national invention patent), which are unique and different from traditional technologies. Meanwhile, we are also in possession of patents based on network monitoring and managing data and five software copyrights of professional analysis, specialized pattern recognition, intercommunication as well as distributed control system in the field of flaw detection.
The core-technology of our company was invented by Mr. Dou Yutang, a professor-level senior engineer in 1980s, and supported by national science fund as outstanding scientific achievement. Over the practical application for 30 years, this technology has developed dramatically by integrating with modern microelectronics, computer, pattern recognition, photoelectricity and network technologies. At present, TST flaw detection series products are complete in specifications, including 26 types in nine categories. In the meantime, over 10 types of products are in developing and testing process.
TST series products have been widely adapted and applied in mining, port, cableways, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, hoisting machineries, shipping, elevators, cable-stayed bridge, and military base, etc.
