The software we use for mould making are as follow:
1. UG
2. Pro/E (3D Modeling)
3. SolidWorks (3D Modeling)
4. Press CAD (2D Modeling)
5. MoldFlow Mold Advisor (Plastic flow/deform simulation)
6. Catia
7. Unigraphics (3D Modeling and CNC Programming)
8. Dynaform
9. I-M3 software （which is a professional ERP system for moldmaking）
For quotation: data required: 2D (dwg/dxf/pdf) & 3D (stp/igs/x_t, etc) part drawing. And please tell us requirement on cavity number, mould life, surface finish, runner, part material, build steel material. If no specifying, we will choose a suitable type on the base of normal. Our engineering team will offer a very reasonable quotation within 3 days.

1. Mould Steel - ASSAB (Sweden), BOHLER(Austria),DA1DO&H1TACH1(Japan),
BUDERUS(Germany),FKL(American),LKM(China)
2. Mould Base - DME,HASCO,FUTABA,LKM
3. Hot Runner - YUDO, FISA,EWIKON HASCO,GUNTHER,DME INCOE, FASTHEAT,
HUSKY, Mould Master, Master tip, SYNVENTIVE,ANNTONG, etc
4. Standard Parts - DME,HASCO,LKM,ANSI STANDARD,DIN STANDARD
5. Texture - Mold-tech, YS(Yick Sang),Tanazawa, etc. |
