Established in 2005, Guangdong Grandshine Construction Material Co. , Ltd (GS) is subordinate to Guangdong Foreign Trade Group Co. ,Ltd (GDFTG), one of the largest state-owned enterprise groups in Canton, China. In 2007, GDFTG achieved turnover of 45 billion RMB, with import and export volume of 4 billion U. S. dollars, ranking NO. 94th in the top 500 large group in China, and NO. 11th in the top 100 companies in Guangdong province. 1, In Jan. 2008, Shengli (Vienam) Special Steel Co. , Ltd was established by Shengli (Fuzhou) Group Corporation and GDFTG.
2, In July, 2009, GDFTG takeover 19. 9% shares of Kagara, one of Australia’s mid-tier mining leaders and reach a deal to explore the largest Zinc mine in Oct.
3, In Dec. 2009, Vermont UM Bunkering PTE LTD, a joint venture between GDFTG and United Maritime Pte Ltd, was founded, specializing in marine petrol supply in Singapore.
In August 2005, Grandshine was founded to focus on aluminum production and marketing. Base on factories in Foshan and Qingyuan,which are taken over by GDFTG respectively, Grandshine specialize in a complete range of aluminum products such as extrusion, coil and sheet, window and door, supporter, etc. We obtain ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and implemented ERP system management in an all-round way to realize the mission of providing an optimal solution of aluminum products purchasing for the abroad market.
