Ningbo Donghao Auto Parts Co., Ltd. established since 1998 in Beilun, Ningbo, which is known as “Mold Town” of China. We are the specialist for the plastic injection molding and aluminium extrusion. For comes a long way, we have been cooperated with OEM car makers. We have been authorized to produce the parts and accessories for their respective car models. The factory has been accredited for TS-16949:2009 in where our quality management meeting the OEM car makers’ requirement. Most of the parts and accessories supplied to our business partners included: air ventilation, door handle, armrest, side body molding, plastic protective guard and etc.
We have more than 20 product engineers who have long experience to deal with OEM requirement. As your reliable partners, we can exchange the information at the initial stage in order to minimize the cost involved and maximize the output capability.
The APQP common standard has been practiced in every OEM projects. Each project has to get the PPAP approval to ensure the parts or accessories can fulfill the requirement by customer and meet their standard requirement as well. |
