After nearly 15 years'' innovation and self-development, JUMP has been a leading supplier in China for complete plants of machinery and engineering for tomato and fruit paste processing, juice drink processing and etc. from A to Z. The design, fabrication and manufacture, installation, commissioning as well as the technical training and after sales are all handled by JUMP.
The following is a brief introduction to JUMP’s main business scopes:
-1st: Manufacturing complete plants of fruit juice/paste processing, represented by tomato paste processing plant, tropical fruit (mango/pineapple/guava/passionflower/papaya/banana, etc.) processing plant, normal fruit (apple/pear/peach/apricot) processing plant.
-2nd: Manufacturing complete plants of hot-filling juice drink processing.
-3rd: Providing with high-quality tomato paste (28-36brix), apple juice concentrate and orange juice concentrate from our share-holding company in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Inner Mongolia province or our partner customers.
-4th: Providing with high-quality aseptic bags of 10~220 Liters.
Technical innovation and quality improvement are the definite hallmarks of JUMP. Professor Wang Wenjun, chief engineer of our company, has been Chinese leading engineer on the research, design and manufacture of high-end vacuum evaporation equipment for food industry since 1960. Engineer Huang is a super expert on tube-in-tube sterilization and aseptic filling equipment. Doctor Hu, a well-known process engineer of fruit paste/juice, has published couples of professional articles famous academic journals both at home and abroad. JUMP is keeping in long-term stable relationship with the first-class institutes and universities in terms of technical research and development, technical innovation, human resource sharing and etc. What is more, JUMP is devoted to absorbing the world advanced technology all the time. JUMP has already set up friendly technical and business cooperation with FBR, Ing. Rossi, Bertuzzi, CFT from Italy and so on.
Regarding fruit processing, JUMP has mastered his own competitive technology from fruit receiving, pre-treatment, vacuum evaporating to tube-in- tube sterilization and aseptic filling.
Up to now, JUMP has produced more than 75 whole processing lines for domestic and overseas customers.
