The machine is designed to produce a wide range of PVC, silicone and other material labels or trademarks. Embossed fonts and patterns may appear on signs or trademarks. The original proposed scheme which included step-motor, synchronous belt and one line guide for each axis can not meet the requirement of customer. According to the requirement of customer, technical improvement has been made. Eight pressure glue barrels with automatic mixing and eight dispensing valves are added. Thus, the load of three axes is increased. In order to meet the functionality of the machine and to ensure precision, we put forward a new scheme, which includes servomotors instead of step motors, high precision ball screws, and dual-guide for each axis, guarantees the precision of the machine and meets the technical requirements.
