Hebei Metals & Minerals Corp. Ltd was reorganized on the basis of the former Hebei Metals & Minerals Import & Export Corporation.

Our management group members are young and energetic with vigorous awareness of innovation, advanced thoughts, rich professional knowledge and practical working styles.

We have 18 business departments and 4 managing departments, they are comprehensive office, management department, accounting & financial department and property department. We also have subsidiary companies like: Stone, Project & Trade Corp. Ltd., Tianjin Company of Hebei Metals and Minerals, Hebei Wuxin Fine Foundry Corp. Ltd., Hebei Wuhua Trade Corp. Ltd., Hebei Wuxin Project &Trade Corp. Ltd., Qinhuangdao Company of Hebei Metals & Minerals and so on.

Our business scope includes the import and export of cargo and technology (only confined to the corporation''s business and except those which are banned); the research and development of machinery and electric products (belong to the branches'' business); storage service and the sales of metals, steel, minerals and textiles and etc. We have taken the membership of China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals and Chemicals Import & Export, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electric Products, China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Textiles, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industrial Products and Arts-Crafts (CCCLA), and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce & Animal By-products; we have also taken part in many national and international trading organizations successively like Association of Export and Import Enterprises of Hebei Province, International Magnesium Association and the World Vermiculite Association.

Our corporation has got the recognition of a relative international quality system in the year of 2000 that improved our management and laid a sound foundation for the further development of our business. And we are now enjoying a great reputation in the world market.

Our corporation was once honored the "Business Credit AA Enterprise of China"by the Ministry of Commerce, "Enterprise Management Level AA" by the customs, "National Advanced Corporation in Quality and Profit in Foreign Trade " and " Excellent Corporation Credit in Hebei Province" by the Association of Foreign Economic & Trade Enterprises, and "Rate Paying Credit Level A " by the State Administration of Taxation and Local Taxation Bureau and we have also been awarded many other titles.
