Our company was set up in 2007. Our company is near Tianjin Port. We enjoy convenient transportation.
Our company mainly supplies TPCO pipe, Chengdu pipe, Bao steel pipe, Anshan steel pipe, Hengyang steel pipe and ERW steel pipe. We apply API, ASTM, DIN, EN, BS and JIS standards to the process of steel pipe production. We also carry out the related technology agreement. The specific products which we can supply are as follows: line pipe with three standards, casing pipe, L&M pressure boiler tube, high pressure boiler tube, Fluid transmission pipe, mechanical pipe and others. Out diameter of our steel pipe ranges from 1/2" to 32" and wall thickness ranges from 2.8MM to 60MM. In order to meet the demand of clients, we can also produce the steel pipe according to their requirements. Our company is a comprehensive marketing corporation which deals with pipe processing. We have storage of steel pipes.
Our company has two large-scale steel-structural indoor warehouses and the total area is 9,600 square meters; and the outdoor warehouse is up to 35,000 square meters. Our annual output is 300,000 tons. We have several sets of equipment in the warehouse including two overhead cranes which can hold 10 tons, two crane scales which can hold 10 tons and five cranes which can hold 25 to 50 tons. We have saw cutting and beveling equipment. Moreover, we have our own logistics system with 20 trucks as a fleet.
Our company has a subordinate cold-drawn steel pipe factory. Our cold-drawn factory mainly produces various regular and irregular high-quality cold-drawn and rectangular steel pipes. Our factory can produce high-precision cold-drawn hydraulic cylinders with out diameter ranging from 30mm to 400mm and can produce maximum OD 500mm gas cylinders. The annual turnout is more than 30000 tons. Our factory has the following equipment: pickling tool, lubricating tool, water handling tool, heat treatment furnace, straightening machine, advanced no-damage inspection machine and mechanical property inspection machine.
In 2007, we earned 1.5 million dollars by foreign exchange and we sold 50,000 tons of steel pipes. Our company has so many steel pipe suppliers that our products can sell all over the world and earn the good reputation.
