we want to be your sold Partner of Hot Dip Galvanized Sheet here in pakistan, and have current order of 1000 Metric Tons Galvanized Sheet of following Aspects

Galvanized Steel Coil Conforming to ASTM A 653-05
Structural Quality (SS), Suitable for roll forming, pre painted (as specified below) Recommended

Minimum Carbon content of the base steel to be 0.12%

Minimum Elongation is to be 22% - 30% is ideal
Hardness Range shall be 70-78 Rb

Coil Width
23.5 inches to 24 inches

Coil Diameter
Maximum outside diameter 40 inches or 101.60 cm
inside diameter 19-21 inches or 48.25-53.35cm

Coil Weight
Maximum 5000 US Pounds or 2270 Kilograms

Steel Grade
Grade 40: Yield strength - 40,000 psi or 2800 Kg/Cm2
Grade 50: Class 1. Yield Strength 50,000 psi or 3500 Kg/cm2

Thickness: Options:
0.026 to 0.040 inches OR
o.660mm to 1.016 mm

Tolerance
-0.000 (No thickness less than specified) to +o.008 inch OR
-0.000 (No thickness less than specified) to +0.20 mm

Galvanized Coating
Class G-90 (Z-275) for galvanized; Class G-60 (Z-180) can be used for pre painted although G-90 (Z-275) is preferred.
Regular spangle, chemically treated lightly oiled with evaporative lubricant or galvanized only coil

General Paint Specivication for pre painted coils

Coating Topside: Suitable for roll forming 25 microns total dry thickness polyster with internal lubricants on primer NCCA II-I or ECCA T4 pencil harness HB-2H NCCA standard "T" bend test method or ASTM D4 145-83 (must pass 2T bend test no pick off with scotch # 610 tape) ECCA test to 1T is also acceptable Coating Test to ECCA T1 at every coil Light wax or Evaporative lubricant to be applied to exterior of paint

Back Sice: 12 microns total dry thickness, epoxy primer and polyster wash coat
