Zhongjing Group Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer engaged in producing hardware stamping parts, such as auto stamping parts, motorcycle stamping parts and precision stamping parts, various fasteners and chassis (swing arms). Over the years, the company has gradually formed good situation with constant upgrade products and growing output values and profit by virtue of technological progress, scientific management and effective quality assurance system. Besides, by means of its strength, it has ranked “Top 30 Enterprises of Rui’an, Zhejiang in 2004”.

Located in Tangxiabei Industrial Zone, Rui’an International Auto & Motor Parts City, Zhejiang, the company is adjacent to No. 104 National Highway and enjoys advantageous location and beautiful environment, with a workshop area of 108 mu and a floor area of 58,000m2. With an original registered capital of RMB 100 million, the company totaled assets of RMB 250 million in 2006 by a consistent growth of 30% in production and sales for several successive years and is currently staffed with 635 employees, including 5 senior engineers, 8 engineers, 12 assistant engineers, 2 economists and 7 senior mold engineers, 69% of which own technical secondary school degree or above. Zhongjing owns strong abilities of product design and development and adopts presently fashionable 2D and 3D computer aided design software in mold design. Equipped with FV-1000 and VB-715 high precision CNC machine centers, several electric spark numeral control cutters such as DK7780 and introduced 315T, 500T, 800T hydraulic presses, and 216 middle-large punching equipment, including 100T, 125T, 200T, 400T punches, the company has invested over RMB 1 million to introduce inspection and test equipment, mainly including three-coordinate detectors, salt spray testers, carbon-sulfur analyzers, Brinell hardness testers, Rockwell hardness testers, analytical balances and airtightness testers, effective in safeguarding product quality.

The company passed the certification of ISO/TS16949 in 2007 and succeeded in the supervision and verification for a successive two years. In addition, it has passed the State Mandatory CCC Inspection in respect of Auto Hinge in 2004 and succeeded in supervision and verification of the Center every year and plans to apply for the Certification of ISO/14001:2004 in 2010.

Over the years, Zhongjing Group has always been providing supporting products with Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Company, FAW Group Corporation, Hebei Chang’an Automobile Company, Nanjing Chang’an Automobile Company and Shanghai Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. and now has become the supplier of General Motors in China. Its supporting products, such as brakes for light-duty autos, handbrakes for limousines, pedal brakes for light-duty autos, pedal brakes for limousines, seat gyrators, seat cross spreaders, window regulators for limousines and door hinges win high praise from users and are praised by customers and popular in markets by virtue of their reliable quality, accurate quantity supply and on-time delivery. Its chassis parts (e.g. swing arms) developed in recent years are even exported to markets in Japan, Europe, America and Southeast Asia.
