Established in 1995, Zhuo shi factory is an original design manufacturer (ODM), which is specialized in mold making and plastic product manufacturing. Our main products include plastic toy, household plastic products, plastic housing and model for Mobile phone, MP3, MP4, ear plug, car battery charger housing, lamps housing. Zhuo shi factory provides complete solution for products from industrial design, prototype sample making, mold making to final production. Now over 80% of our mold and products is imported to 10 countries such as American, France. With 10 years of continuous growth, we sequentially Established Boying model (H K) Co., Ltd in 1995 and Boying (dongguan) factory as subsidiary in 2007. Zhuo shi factory is now independently ranked as one of the leading exporters of mold and ODM plastic products manufacturers in Shenzhen.
Zhuo shi covers of 15000 square meters and possesses a staff of 1200 (including 30 senior engineers, 80 specialized designers, and 60 administrative members). Equipped with advanced CAD/CAM R&D system and CNC Processing Center, EDM center, and the most advanced equipment from Japan and Taiwan, Zhuo shi factory is specialized in making mold and plastic injection parts.
Undoubtedly, our prevalent service is ODM service for the plastic products. 95% of our products is made in accordance with customer specific orders. We provide one-stop service for plastic products We have professional team in each department of design, prototype making, model design, injection, painting, pad printing and assembling so as to provide great customer service. We can ensure the quality of the goods by using first class production and inspection equipment such as 250ton, 480 ton injection machine. We produce and inspect the product strictly according to the customer required standard such as ASTM, EN71, CE, CCC standard.
