Established in 1994, Tianjin CHUNPENG Prestressed Concrete Strand Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of high quality prestressed concrete products in China. Up to now, there are around 200 employees in our company, including 35 technology engineers. Our industrial zone covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters which is located near the Tianjin seaport with convenient transportation. Our 13 years' experience in the PC product field makes our service better. We have an annual production capability of 200,000 metric tons (main is strand), and 60 million US dollars revenue in 2007 with the annual revenue growth rate of 30%. We have 2 test laboratory, 10 quality control commissioners and 10 workshops to ensure the accomplishment of the export orders.
We have gotten the ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System Certificate since 1997, and we specialize in PC strands, PC steel wires, and unbonded PC strands. Our PC products have characteristics of high tensile and low relaxation and passed the test of China National Construction Steel Quality Supervision and Test Centre every year. We have the ability to consist with various international specifications, such as BS, ASTM, GB/T, EN, JISG, AS and ISO.
Our products are well responded by foreign market, we have export our PC Products to US, Japan, Italy, UK, Canada, Lithuania, Portugal, Cuba, Qatar, Philippines, Thailand, Israel, UAE and Czech Republic etc. And we have export more than 10,000tons PC Strand in 2007.
