1. Stamping, with the capacity of 5 tons-630 tons
2. Machining, such as turning, milling, plating, boring, grinding, and drilling
3. Casting, including lost wax casting and colloidal silica casting
4. Forging for different materials, such as common carbon steel, special steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, and aluminum
5.Cold forming,We have many multi-cold heading machines, the products is widely applied in cars and industryThe products is widely applied in cars and industry.
6. Gearing, including teeth hobbing, teeth gearing and teeth grinding
7. Welding for different materials, such as common carbon steel, special steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, and aluminum
8. AssemblingWe have independent assembling workshops and many years' experience in assembling.
9. Heat treatment, including quenching, high-frequency hardening, quenching and tempering, tempering, carburizing, nitriding, and carbonitriding
10. Surface treatment, including plating of the nickel, Cr, zinc nickel, dacromet, no chrome dacromet, silver, tin, and gold, in full compliance with RoHS requirements.
