ZheJiang Mayang Industries Co., Ltd. (Original Wuyi Mayang Precision Casting Factory) in Wuyi County, is an enterprise specially researching and producing wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant castings for nearly 30 years. Located in beautiful town of fluorite and hot spring–Wuyi in Zhejiang, it boasts sufficient electricity, convenient traffic and beautiful environment.
Strength
At present, our company has fixed assets of over RMB90 million and an annual manufacture capacity of 40,000 tons. With piece weight from 0.1 kg to 20 tons, our products mainly involve high magnesium steel, alloy steel, high chromium iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, heat-resistant steel castings, etc. Our production modes include sand casting and precision casting, and our production technology includes lost foam casting technology, V-process molding technology, water glass vacuum hardening, water glass sand mould technology and water glass lost wax technology. Our products are widely used for mechanical equipment of metal recovery breaking, mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, petroleum and other industries. Our company has complete equipment, mainly comprising eight sets of 0.1-10t medium frequency furnaces, a set of 1.5t arc furnace, one precision production line, one lost foam production line, one stamping cold machining line, four sets of 20t environment heat treatment furnaces, four sets of 3t resistance heat treatment furnaces, 22 hoisting devices, one 800t hydraulic machine, one 1,500t hydraulic machine, four 1.8-2.7m planomilling machines, four φ1.6m vertical lathes, one φ2m vertical lathe, four φ2.5m vertical lathes, one φ3.5m vertical lathe, one φ5m vertical lathe, four sets of physical and chemical detection equipment, international advanced Germany LOBF direct-reading spectrometer, high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers, metalloscopes, mechanical property detection equipment and hardness detection equipment. Our company adopts liquid penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic inspection nondestructive testing devices for internal quality of products.
Our company owns Zhejiang Jinding Antifriction Material Casting Research Institute and strong technical strength, including 6 senior title personnel, 30 junior and medium title personnel, 50 medium and senior technicians, over 80 junior technicians, 18 professional physical and chemical detection personnel and 30 quality supervisors.

Innovation, International Standard
Our company has been closely cooperating with Zhejiang University and Tsinghua University to improve and innovate the technologies and develop new products together for decades. We introduced R&D projects of patent product PHF superfine crusher in 2009, and the successful R&D of this product solved the problems of multi-channel process breaking of mine breaking industry, realized the function of “three-stage closed circuit”, saved breaking cost, and will become a leading product of crusher industry.
Meanwhile, we successfully started stamping parts production line in 2009, and the introduction of blower parts, stamping part products, complete machine and stamping parts makes our company become a pluralistic and integrated enterprise, builds strength of Yurong, and makes Yurong march toward the climax of “First-rate International Enterprise”.
