Located in Xinman Industrial Park of Mengcun County--- China 's tube and pipe metropolis, Hebei Wanrun Tube and Pipe Industry Co., Ltd (formerly known as the Pipes Plant of Mengcun County) is an enterprise of strong competitive capabilities. Production specialization and strict implementation of the ISO 2000 quality management system have ensured the standardization and serialization of its products.
The Company is manufacturing and marketing carbon steel/alloy steel seamless tubes, spiral seam welded pipes, welded pipes, reel pipes and hot-expanded tubes of different specifications. The company is also manufacturing and marketing various pipe fittings, including flange, bend, tee, reducer, cap, elbow, Socket pipe fittings, couple, pipe fitting joints and so on.
The Company is equipped with five tube bending lines, two lines for tees and reducers, advanced cold-forming, hot-extruding, mechanical processing, drop-forging and heat treatment technologies, a large contingent of experienced senior engineers and technicians, and a complete set of manufacturing, processing and testing facilities. The Company is mainly engaged in the production of product series in accordance with the American standards (ASME and ANSI), German standard (DIN), Japanese standard (JIS) and Chinese Standards (GB/T, JB, SH and HG), in addition the Company can also produce various pipe fitting joints that are difficult to make, non-standardized or of super thick walls in line with the technical data provided by the clients.
A variety of tubes and pipes developed and manufactured by the Company are selling well across China and exporting to Europe, Americas, Middle East and Southeast Asian countries, through which the Company is providing its quality services to such industries as gas and heat, nuclear power, electric power, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, space, military engineering, firefighting, metallurgical, ship building, urban construction, water heating and environmental protection. The Company has also been selected as the designated enterprise and cooperation enterprise.
