Established in 2001 as an exclusively foreign-owned enterprise which is a professional manufacturer of die casting and precision machinery parts, Qingdao Fengguang Precision Machinery Company is the first oversea branch in China of Koyo Giken Co., Ltd. It has three factories which located in Jiaozhou bay industrial zone in Qingdao and has an access to convenient land, sea and air transportation links.
The company holds a capital of a RMB 80 million Yuan. It possesses an experienced staff of more than 500, including 40% advanced technicians and 15 Japan engineers. Our manufacture equipment mainly from Japan, such as CNC machining center, CNC lathe, CNC cylindrical grinding machine, robot, form grinding machine, laser marking machine. We also perform testing with optical analysis machine, 3D coordinate measurement, metalloscope and X-ray machine to guarantee the quality of the products.
Our 75000m2 ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002-certified factory equipped with more than 100 CNC lathes and CNC machining centers and professional staff allow us for a monthly capacity of 800000pcs. The main export destinations include Germany, US, Japan and Italy and currently we are working with 30 global buyers. Our annual output is about 10 million dollars, and 100% of products are sold abroad.
