Shaanxi Autlong environmental engineering Co. Ltd. is established in 1998 in Xi’an high technology developing zone, serving domestic and aboard markets. We specialize in complete designing, manufacturing and installing of dedusting system, desulphurization, denitration, wastewater treatment and vacuum metallurgy equipment(VD, VOD, RH) for steel making plant and electricity generating stations. Our products apply to the industry of steel, casting, coal, power, chemistry, nonferrous, cement, glasses, building material, foodstuff, exported to Thailand, Vietnam, Georgia, Russia and so on.
We have import and export trade license, passed ISO 9001 quality system certification. Now, we have 440 staffs, including 80engineering technician, 320 production workers, and 40 administrators. Annual production capacity is up to 600 million Yuan. The company was named as observe contract and keep promises enterprise in Shaanxi province.
2000m2 manufacturing workshop, the maximum span is 30m, the largest lifting capacity is 75t, Over 310 sets main equipments, including 8 groups large welding platform, large pipe bender, with maximum camber, hydraulic press, various specification lapping machine and folding machine etc.(the largest lapping plate ) honing machine large vertical lathe , 9m gantry milling bed, spindle large boring machine. 3000m2 electric assembly workshop with 78 sets special equipments, for SIEMENS and ABB’s integrated supplier.
For the years of design and manufacture, we have rich experience in manufacturing and installation of large dedusting equipments. Our company’s goal is: standard service, Quality equipment. |
